Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair to all of our guests:

• 30+ days before arrival — Cancel for a full deposit refund, less a $75 cancellation fee.
• 14–29 days before arrival — Your deposit will be forfeited and a $75 cancellation fee will apply.
• Within 14 days of arrival — You are responsible for the full cost of your reservation.
• Early check-out or shortened stay — No refund will be issued.

Postponing Your Reservation Need to reschedule? Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before your arrival. We will apply your deposit toward a future available date at no charge. Postponements requested within 14 days of arrival cannot be accommodated.

Multiple Cabin Bookings (Applies to group bookings, family reunions, holidays, and special events)

• 60+ days before arrival — Cancel for a full deposit refund, less a $75 fee per cabin canceled.
• Less than 60 days before arrival — Deposits are forfeited and cancellation fees apply.
• Postponements — 60 days notice is required to carry deposits forward to a new date at no charge.

This policy applies whether one person pays for all cabins or each cabin is booked individually.

Travel Protection Want peace of mind? When booking, you may opt into our Travel Protection program through our reservation system. Here’s how it works:

• Pay the full reservation amount at the time of booking.
• If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival for a covered reason, you will receive a full refund less a 10% travel protection fee.
• For cancellations outside of 14 days, our standard cancellation policy applies.
