A guest-favorite is our riverside hot tub!
There is nothing like enjoying the sound of the Florida River while you enjoy a soak after a day of hiking or skiing. Morning soaks can be a great way to start the day too. Open at no charge to adults and mature children year-round.
Is This Not the Coolest Sauna?
This barrel sauna was made right here in Southwest Colorado. Unique in every way, a nice sauna is a great way to shake the winter chill. Please call us for availability and pricing (it’s a lot of work to get this going)!

Just a few quick guidelines for a great hot tub experience.
Ready to Soak?
- Riverside hot tub for registered guests.
- Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the hot tub.
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Please fold the cover in half & prop the cover up on it’ s 2 ends then place the cover up against the railing while soaking.
- Do not lay cover flat on hot tub deck.
- Temperature set to 102 for optimal soaking enjoyment.
- Hot tub deck lighting is outside the gate by the staircase railing.
- Return the cover to the hot tub & tuck the skirt into the surrounding deck.
- Turn the deck lighting off as you leave.
